• Troubleshot and resolved Yardi functional and system integration issues, including lease discrepancies, and invoicing errors, collaborating with support and technical teams.

• Prepared user manuals, process flow documents, and UAT scripts.

• Managed functional support tickets through Service Desk for UK client, raised Yardi Client Central ticket for Singapore client, ensuring timely resolution and effective tracking

• Analysed sales documents provided by Property Managers and recorded monthly sales data in Yardi for 30+ properties.
• Reconciled year-to-date sales data with Property Manager records and updated tenant-level information using Rent Roll and Lease Charge Schedule like Rent, CAM, MISC and Recovery Est.
• Recorded adjustments/reversal entries post-reconciliation and supported month-end closing activities.
• Supported in SAP FI to Yardi data migration, including extraction, mapping, transformation, and validation of GL, AP, AR, and leasing data. Gained exposure to vendor/customer postings, GL postings, document types, posting keys, credit/debit notes, AP/AR reconciliation, and basic month-end entries. Reviewed and validated Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and P&L reports in SAP, coordinated COA mapping
