- Was a footwear department T3 trainer and trained numerous new associates to every job in our department including stocking, decasing, and packing
- Did various jobs in the footwear department including stocking (cutting open various boxes in different weights and sizes), decasing those full boxes to send down a line individually to the packers, and while using a handheld, packing individual freight into boxes to be sent to shipping and to various stores
- Helped out QA in no reads where the freight that didn't go through our scanners in the correct way would go and either be put back on the paddles to be sent to the store it was supposed to go to or rewritten to a different store
- Was a team captain at our Daily Management board where we went over numbers for the department and made action plans to help the department run more efficiently
- Cross-trained in various departments throughout the warehouse including ASAP (apparel) and Breakpack, helping do jobs such as stocking, inducting, and packing
- Was a member of the safety team where I did audits on my coworkers to ensure they were doing their jobs safely and worked with other safety team members to come up with ideas to help make the whole warehouse safer
