• Currently leading the Steel part of one of the most complicated areas of the project (Hydrogen Processing Unit- HPU which includes structures like Heat Exchangers Structures- HEX and Auto Thermal Reforming- ATR structures, Fire Heater, Pipe racks, Vertical Vessels etc.) with full accountability and responsibility for all modules and stick-built structures which is approximately close to ~4500 MT Steel
• I am also responsible for giving training on S3D & Smart Sketch and getting the work done from all the new joiners in the project
• Responsible for CAD audits
• Preparing one video every week for the S3D commands/Utilities/Ideas and presenting it to the department level to build competency amongst all designers in the software
• Contributed positively to workplace health and safety practices by identifying potential hazards in design plans and proactively addressing them before implementation.

- In this project i have Modelled and prepared detailed RCC and Steel drawings for Piperacks, Field Supports, Substations etc. in Microstation, Smartsketch and S3D.

2) Lubrizol CPVC & CACL2 Plant - Dahej, Gujarat, India

- In this project i have prepared layouts and detailed RCC drawings for various foundations.

- In this project i was responsible to prepare various steel and field support drawings on S3D and SmartSketch.

1) Corpus Christi LNG Project (Stage 3) – Texas, USA

- In this project i have Modeled Piperacks, Process Structures and Equipment supporting foundations, Underground Trenches for ISBL and OSBL areas.

2) Formosa - The Sunshine Project – Louisiana, USA (Feed) - In this project i have Modeled Piperacks, Process Structures and Equipment supporting foundations for PR (103) and Common (104) Areas.

- Prepared Sketches/Drawings for both the areas as required.  Received Leader+ award from my Design Supervisor for my efforts and dedication in achieving the completion of MTO preparation for PR and Common Area.

- Checked the quality of S3D model on a regular basis.  Independently coordinated with the colleagues of other disciplines for issues like modification of the plot plan and resolution of clashes.

- Always did self-check before issuing model/drawing.

3) Sabin Pass LNG (Stage 4 -Train 6) (SPLNG) – Louisiana, USA

- In this project i have originated drawings and checked them with the 3D model (in SPR), Equipment Locator Plans (ELPs) and Train 5 drawings (for replication) with keep in the mind all the quality measures.

- I have received R+1 award from my Engineering Grout Supervisor (EGS) for my support which I have provided on Ethylene compressor table top, Foundation drawings for Cold box areas etc. in Concrete Drawings and Cryo Piperack in steel. which enabled the team to issue drawings on schedule with top-notch quality.

- In this project i have done modelling work and drawing preparation for Modular & Stick built Structures such as Piperacks, Equipment Access / Supporting Structures, Technological structures and miscellaneous Platforms for PSV / Valves etc. on SP3D and Smart Sketch.

- I have also done RCC detailing on AutoCAD for concrete structure.

- I was also recognized with certification by company for putting efforts to complete concrete drawings before time for Coker Pit and Maze in July 2018.

2) TCO Project – Kazakhstan, Russia

- In this project I was responsible for drawing preparation and modelling work for Modular & Stick built Structures such as Piperacks, Technological structures, Skids, Shelters etc. on SP3D & Smart Sketch.

3) Petronas Rapid Project – Pengerang, Malaysia

- In this project i have done drawing preparation and modeling work for Modular & Stick built Structures such as Piperacks, Technological structures, Skids, Shelters, Manifolds, Equipment Supporting structure etc. on SP3D, Smart Sketch, Microstation & Autocad.
