• Led functional testing across insurance and loan modules, ensuring robust KYC, bank verification, and seamless payment gateway integrations.

• Performed end-to-end testing of Ephesoft Transact across both on-premise and cloud environments, focusing on OCR accuracy, intelligent document classification, and structured data extraction workflows.
