➢ 1250 nos panel, i.e., 6.6 KV HT Board, PCC, IMCC, CMCC, IMCP, VVVF Drive, UPS, PLC, RIO panel etc.
➢ 36 km of tray work, 800 km cable laying including power, control, and instrument cable and 18000 nos termination. Field tray rooting, root changing as per site requirement.
➢ 2115 nos Instrument Installation and 15000 nos of input /output checking.
➢ 1150 nos light fixture installation, 52km of earthing flat work, 135nos Earth pit and 470nos PJB, CJB, IJB Installation.
Involvement during Execution of the Job:
➢ Coordination with planning and other departments regarding material and front availability to start the job.

During this project here I’m looking after the automation and Instrumentation job of the Stock house area as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer.
➢ Power and control schematic check and power charging of all RIO panels of the stock house.
➢ Establishment of control net and Profibus communication of stock House PLC with RIO, PCC, IMCC, MCC and VFD panels.
➢ Cable lying, Termination and Loop testing of 1600 inputs/outputs for stock house automation.
➢ Executing the ECR and Field tray work as per tray layout drawing and changing the tray layout as per site requirement and marking the changes at drawing.
➢ Executing the panel erection job as per panel layout drawing consult with client as well as designer if any changes required as per site condition.

About Project:
JCAPCPL (Jamshedpur Continuous annealing and processing company Pvt. Ltd) Project, TSL, Jamshedpur. Tata Steel and Nippon Steel Corporation (NSC), Japan are setting up a Continuous Annealing and Processing Line at Jamshedpur, India with 0.6 MTPA capacity. The line will produce automotive cold rolled flat products and address the local needs of Indian automotive customers for high-grade cold rolled steel sheets. The proposed joint venture aims to capture the growing demand for high-grade automotive cold-rolled flat products in India.
