As a Relationship Officer in IDBI Bankin Bhuj branch (Gujarat), I was able to garner quality business by having a direct relationship with prospective clients and converting them into customers of the bank. Strived to provide proper assistance after onboarding them into the bank's business network and provide satisfactory results.

Further, being posted in a rural branch in Mundra region of Kutch, I learnt to manage basic operations in branch banking. From handling cash counter, handling general customer queries to assessing retail and agriculture credit.

As a Credit Analyst in Bank of Baroda, I got exposure of credit analysis process in MSM industry which is vast and complicated and was awarded Employee of the month for September 2019. Was able to understand the borrower's business requirements alongwith assessment of financial position and risks associated with the particular business. Interacted with a plethora business profiles while simlultaneously providing TAT as per bank's guidelines and customer expectations.
