Overview: Government App Cab Project is a flagship initiative by the Government of West Bengal aimed at delivering safe, affordable, and reliable transportation services. It incorporates advanced features like real-time tracking, digital payments, and verified drivers, ensuring convenience and security for urban and semi-urban commuters. As an integral member of this project, I have actively contributed to its successful implementation and continuous improvement.

• Played a pivotal role in the initial conceptualization of the Yatri Sathi App Cab Project.
• Designed and developed the functional processes for both the customer and driver applications.
• Conceptualized and prepared the comprehensive design framework for the app, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and seamless functionality.
• Designed and executed a streamlined onboarding process for drivers, enhancing their experience and engagement.
• Prepared a competitive fare chart to ensure affordability for customers while maximizing driver earnings.
• Facilitated continuous liaison between the Department of IT&E, the Transport Department, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Played an active role in both the soft launch and the official launch of the app, overseeing preparations and ensuring a smooth rollout.

• Product Development and Implementation: Understands business flow to guide the development team in designing the product, implements it through various labs, and ensures seamless client support
