• USA Tax preparation experience with individual (Form 1040), Corporation (Form 1120/1120S), & Partnership (Form 1065)
• Preparation of specific spreadsheet/report for taxes or any work papers if required as per firm’s policy
• Reconciling the Banks Entering and Credit Cards on month-to-month basis
• Accounts Payable and Receivable Statements Reconciliation
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Bookkeeping and finalization of work

• Reviewing the monthly financial statements and prepare the monthly financials package
• Making any necessary adjusting journal entries in the financial statements to make the financial statements ready to file the income tax returns

• All Kind of direct tax related work including Return Filing for Companies, Partnership firms, Proprietorship and individuals.
• Also worked over the compliances, planning and management in departmental assessments .
• I have worked relating to GST field mainly compromising registration,advisory, refunds, returns including annual reconciliations.
• Assisted statutory auditors in finalizing and drafting the opinion on financials of company. Involved in the team of persons preparing and finalizing the financials.

During Trainee period I got exposure in Indirect Taxation and done various assignments including Project Finance and other miscellaneous works.
