Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • ·Management of complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources such as Job Portals, Campus recruitments, Job Fairs, Head hunting & Consultants.
  • Handling all corporate positions from Executive to CXO Level.
  • Recommends and maintains an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
  • Work in coordination with Head of the departments to plan manpower implement the manpower planning system (Inform) in accordance with company policies and legal procedures.
  • Set up the employment agreement policies including definite, indefinite, part-time and seasonal confidentiality agreements, etc.
  • Prepare and monitors the staffing budget in accordance with business objectives and business plan, makes suggestions to reduce staffing costs.
  • Plan recruitment and redundancy services that meet the company needs. Select and administer recruitment methods/tools such as tests, interviews. Determines competencies, qualifications, job descriptions and key performance indicators based on each job. Create company recruitment and selection plan according to the indicators. Select the right person for the right job either internally or through external agencies. Ensure that the quantity and quality of manpower is suited for long term requirements.
  • Provide effective orientation plans applied for new recruited employees.
  • Evaluate and recommend human resource outsourcing opportunities and identifies potential vendors.
  • Testing new ways of sourcing (Social networking such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Gather and analyze market data to measure the competitiveness of the compensation and benefits package, and make recommendations as appropriate.

Organization Development & Talent Management

  • Involved in organizational diagnosis work by conducting Employee Satisfaction survey across levels. This included the action plan implementation
  • Involved in the process of Job Analysis & Competency Mappingwhich included the process of writing Job Descriptions and developing a competency framework.

  • Ensuring periodic and timely conducting con calls, meetings with Store HRs, Store Admins and Regional Operation Managers to keep every unit 100% Complied.
  • Minimizing legal risks and costs for the Company due to errors in legal compliance related issues by timely Renewals of Licenses and Agreements.
  • Ensuring to issue updates on changes in the legislation and laws, their implications and recommendations to safeguard against legal violations.
  • Identifying and engaging suitable contractors for various services, drafting contracts, negotiations.

Grievance Handling

  • Addressing Issues related to Employee’s transfer, deputation, leaves, benefits, code of conduct.
  • Confirming the prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-staff relations by doing branch visits and direct interaction with the staff.
  • Handling the grievances of employees and minimizing the mean time between grievance raised and its resolution.
  • Developed Mentor/Mentee system for better understanding of operational issues.

Process Adherence

  • Ensuring employees adhere to processes and policies set by the organization.
  • Sensitizing supervisors on Sexual Harassment policy along with Multiplex HRs.
