Conducting monthly product layout & MSA as per plan.

Working with Kaizen, poka-yoke, continuous improvement, 5’S

Preparing Incoming Quality Plan

Conduct internal process and product audit.

Daily GRN clearance activity.

Responsible for Layout inspection reports as GD&T.

Instrument can use- Vernier calipers, Bore dial gauge, micrometers, Profile

projector, Millipore process, CMM, Trimos Vertical-3, APG, Vickers Hardness Tester, Brinell Hardness Tester & Countracer, VMM.

Responsible for Receiving, In-process & Final quality.

Preparation of rejection & rework analysis by using Q.C.

Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials (Forging, Casting & Machining parts) and finished products; recording quality.

Measure products with Vernier calipers, Bore dial gauge, micrometers, Profile

projector, Millipore process, CMM, Trimos Vertical-3, APG, Vickers Hardness Tester, Brinell Hardness Tester & Countracer, VMM.

Supervising Machine Shop on the behalf of Shift In-charge Plan and Coordinate production process on weekly basis.

Process improvement to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.

Analysis to reduce downtime and outages.

To check daily production status & Update to Assistant Manager.
