Project: Greenfield project of International Tech. Park Pune , Kharadi

Project cost – 1100 Cr.

Working as MEP & Sustainability Head for green field project for IT/ ITes park, having Built up area 3.5 Mil Sqft. at Kharadi, Pune and 3 Mil Sqft Area at Hinjewadi phase 3.

Involved in appointment of various consultants/architects for the project.

Finalization of Masterplan & detailed design by coordinating with all the project stakeholders.

Regular Co-ordination with Singapore REDD team for design/ mock up approvals.

➢ Providing technical input to business development team and helping them for quoting RFP provided by clients.

Preparation of procurement strategy , vendor evaluation and tendering

Providing technical input to business development team and helping them for RFP submission.

Technical due diligence of new Land parcels and IT Campuses

• Interpreted architectural designs and engineering plans for systems, new construction and existing facilities.

▪ Monitor all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction, checking of work at every stage of construction as per checklist and standards & coordination with site management activities.

▪ Responsible for overall control of Capex budget of project.

Reporting monthly progress update to investors and CL's CEO.

Conducting technical due diligence of the new properties and providing reports to management.

MEP related inputs for Liaisoning with different govt. dept. for getting required statutory approvals like drawing approvals, MOEF, Fire NOC, consent to operate, Lift, MSEDCL, CEIG,MNGL ,Water connection &Occupancy certificate.

Conduct periodic site coordination meeting to discuss site progress, bottlenecks, likely hindrances, time and cost overruns and any other important matter .

Leading Sustainability & Green Initiatives, Singapore HQ reporting related ESG, USGBC,IGBC,WELL Certification process

• Greenfield project of Software part of Syntel Atos Ltd in Talawade IT park, Pune (70 Acres Campus)
• Design & Development of MEP Works and LEED Certification for Greenfield project of 1.2 Mil Sqft. in designated SEZ sector along with Interior Fit Out works. It Includes Software development block, Training Block, Recreation / Sports Facilities , food court and Infrastructure development including STP,WTP, HSD yard and landscaping work etc.
• Budget , procurement strategy and project planning.
• Lead for Green Certification process
• Managed and motivated employees to be productive and engaged in work.
• Conducting design review meeting with architect and highlighting discrepancies in drawings and get GFC drawings for execution within time frame.
• Conducting progress review meeting with vendors and track progress accordingly.
• Responsible for overall control of Capex budget of project and Statutory approvals.

• Accountable for HVAC Works approx. 20 Lakh. Sq. ft Software Block/ Employee Care Centre Building Bldg, Food Courts at Infosys's Hinjewadi (phase –2)
• Study of drawings issued from design team, check site feasibility to provide necessary comments.
• Interaction & Co-ordination with various agencies ,Architect towards execution and completion of the projects
• Reviewing Costing bills, certification of subcontractor bills.
• Costing & Reconciliation of Projects.

• Accountable for the HVAC Project (design & execution work) for project such as SKF (Factory and office area), IIT (clean room job) , GSSL Hinjewadi, Miju Components, Hinjewadi ,VAMA (Ladies Shoppe)etc
• Preparation of Heat Load Estimation, DBR, Drawings etc. for various projects.
• Co ordination with Architects,Client for designed related issue.
• Checking Workmanship, Quality, Specification of materials.
• To resolved design related issues by providing alternative solution.
• Accountable for Testing Commissioning, Validation and Handing Over of Plant/System.

• Accountable for Service (Maintenance) of around 120 Baby Chillers across Tata Motors Pimpri, K-Block, Chinchwad’s Plants .
• Co ordination with ,Client for Operation and service related issue.
• Trouble shooting and rectification of problems with proper solution.
• Proper functioning of Plant/System with minimum breakdown time.
