  • Opening Ticket for each & every event happens in N/W for record purpose
  • Finding long pending Events Backbone Topology and Track them regularly For Earlier Restoration and Avoid network Isolation and Impact on services.
  • Worked on HPSM tool and Responsible for incident management and do changes as per requirements
