1. Collaborated with the client facing team to educate both the client and the counterparty on swift formatting for wires to achieve increase in straight-through processing and reduction in MTP.

2. Led a query elimination project by providing on call training sessions and creating comprehensive documents for the client facing team. Empowering them to effectively handle queries independently and enhance their self-service capabilities.

3. Implemented a client wise upload category in the processing system to efficiently handle bulk transactions regardless of the type of cash movement involved.

4. Enhanced processing system by incorporating multiple templates in the system for daily wires aligning with specific client instruction requirements to ensure faster and more accurate processing of transactions.

5. Collaborated with the technology team to enhance the data capture system (ICR-OCR), enabling it to efficiently capture data from various types of faxes and seamlessly integrate it into the processing system. This optimization significantly reduces MTP and enhance overall efficiency.

6. Worked closely with the Client facing team and Authentication team to compile multiple SSI documents for daily wire transfer into a single document which streamlined the process and helped authentication team to perform callback effectively and swiftly.
