  • Drove engineering execution for the business goals, manage people and their performance, On-Call issue prioritization, take part in architectural review and provide hands on support whenever required.
  • Led Customer Platform and Integrations team, each consisting of 10+ engineers whose ownership extended along ingestion, transformation and loading for customer data pipelines.
  • Owning addition, maintenance and upgrades for Ad based (Google ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads etc.) and Flat File based connectors (S3, Azure Blob, Google Sheets etc.).
  • Connector Hardening initiatives for addressing customer issues and optimizing data ingestion throughput.
  • Increased ingestion throughput from 8K EPM (events per minute) to 91K EPM for Google Ads Refresher Job through parallelization.

  • Scaling initiatives in Rummy enabled us to handle 10X more traffic, with the current Rummy game supporting hundreds of thousands of concurrent users, thereby facilitating us in hosting larger tournaments.
