• Organize and manage pools of all potential candidates from all sources, including ATS, job boards, referrals, campus, social media platforms, and job sites.
• Managing selection interviews, MS Teams, Zoom, and face-to-face to evaluate competencies, motivation, cultural fit, and potential of each candidate
• Salary negotiation, offer generation, pre-onboarding, and onboarding formalities
• Creating job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors/Avature, moving the candidate's profile through recruitment stages, till final onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all levels of the recruitment process
• Strong stakeholder management, recruitment dashboards.
