Security Management
Taking care of security services & manpower on daily basis. Making the duty roster with proper deployment chart for the security guards the plant as per the requirement. Supervision of security in night shift like as surprise visit in a month or as when required. Monitoring of all CCTV cameras on daily basis and keeping the records of all types of abnormalities through logbook and also monitoring of any breakdown of CCTV cameras.
Housekeeping Management
Responsible to make the deployment chart for proper utilization housekeeping boys on time. Responsible for cleaning of entire plant outer area, shop floor, washrooms, drinking stations on daily basis. Ensure the proper cleaning or 5S accordingly. Checking & verifying the daily cleaning through daily check sheets for toilets, drink stations, shop floor & outer area
Canteen Management
Checking regular basis food quality with canteen committee member, Monitoring of cooking process, Ensure the follow menu of Meal & Snacks on daily basis. Checking hygienic atmosphere in dining area, Checking Hygiene of canteen Staff Daily checklist, Canteen Member Meetings as per schedule
Control on wastage of food. Ensuring the food license on yearly basis.
Travel & Hotel Management
Ensuring the suitable arrangement of hotel for the guests or affiliates during their official visits. Responsible to arrange the flight & train tickets for employees. for their official tour after the approval of Senior management authorities. Time to time arrangement of the hotel booking & local transport for any external or external official tour of employees
Transport Management
Handling all the transportation activities & facilities for the company employees on daily basis in each shift. Making & define the routes as per the requirement & ensure the suitable arrangement to provide the transportation facilities to all employees on time. . Tracking the company vehicles (Cab) through GPS system for the controlling to avoid any type of delay, Liaison with outer transporters to provide the hired taxies as when required on time. Conducting the monthly audits to check all documents for buses, cabs (RC, Insurance, Fitness certificates, Driving license.
Repair & Maintenance
Responsible for all the work related to civils like company building repair and maintenance time to time as when required. Arrangement of office furniture, servicing & repairing of RO system and water cooler etc. Arrangement of new furniture or other office equipment’s as when required,
