Calculation

• Preparation of sizing and calculation documents, such as the DC distribution sheet, string sizing, SCB sizing for the central/string inverter, and fuse sizing.
• Cable sizing for DC, LV, and MV using CYMCAP and a spreadsheet with reference to SANS/IEC. standard
• Calculation of UPS, battery charger, auxiliary transformer calculation, power transformer calculation, age drop calculation, and power loss calculation.
• Developed AC, DC, and HT cable trench layouts with detailed sectional views, and comprehensive cable schedules, meeting project specifications.

SLD and Layout

• Collaborate with civil team to devise MCR and ICR layout
• Preparation and review of the single line diagram for DC and AC systems, and auxiliary load.
• Preparation and review of the PV array layout, DC grouping layout, cable routing, trench layout, inverter transformer yard plan, ICR, MCR, and switchyard layout.
• Preparing ICR and MCR equipment layout, and earthing layout for Array, ICR, and MCR.

Vendor drawing review and preparing technical specification.

• Drafting technical specifications for electrical equipment in accordance with employer requirements and IEC/SANS standards.
• Review of vendor drawings, such as SCB, Cable GTP, Inverter Transformer, LT and HT panels, UPS, CT, PT, LA, Isolator, Power Transformer, ACDB, etc.

• Study of scope of work, Engineering exhibits,Making deviation point from RFQ and highlighting important for manager review.
• Internally communicating with the BD, Civil, and Project teams for the pre-sales and post-project.

Calculation of UPS, Battery charger sizing, Auxiliary transformer calculation, power transformer calculation.Voltage drop calculation, Power loss calculation.
• Design of AC & DC and HT cable Trench and sectional view.
• Preparation of Energy Estimation, Pvsyst Report, PR Calculations.
• Preparation of Energy Estimation, Pvsyst Report, calculating maximum generation using different tilts, and preparing a comparison sheet of PR and maximum generation for different tilts.

• Design Engineering and simulation of solar photovoltaic system(Ground/Roof Top ).
• Shadow analysis using Sketchup for Roof Top and analysis for minimal energy loss due to shading of nearby objects.
• Basic arrangement of DC array layout and MMS structure arrangement.
• Preparation of Energy estimation,Pvsyst report generating.
• Preparing needed document and follow up with DISCOM for net metering approval.
• Making progress report and meeting with client for project discussion.
• Developing single and three line SLD, layout equipment specification, cabling design and switchgear Design.

• Drawing site area sketch with proper marking of obstacles,raised structure and any other objects which may create shadow.
• Collecting bill for residential building,commercial and industrial for Roof Top designing.
• Calculation of consumer electricity bill for determining their solar capacity.
• Handling Operation ,maintenance ,and trouble - shooting of installed solar system. Improving customer experience and building customer loyalty by providing them most best suitable options for enhancing suitability.
• End to end execution of projects that create an impact by improving the production of energy and providing proper ideas and solutions in every project which benefit customer .
• Handling man power for 5-6 projects.
