Syndigo is a global Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) platform that empowers brands and retailers to deliver consistent, enriched, and validated product content across digital and physical channels. It helps streamline content syndication, digital shelf performance, and partner collaboration within a large-scale commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Backend ownership of the Compare With Live (CWL) service, responsible for validating product image accuracy between internal PIM data and live retailer websites.
• Performed bug fixes, code optimization, and enhancements across the CWL module and other backend services.
• Worked on Azure services including Blob Storage, Service Bus, and Event Grid to support scalable and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborated with QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Project Overview:

PathX is a comprehensive Laboratory Information System (LIS) designed for anatomic and molecular pathology. Built as a modern, web-based platform, PathX streamlines pathology workflows by offering a complete suite of tools tailored to the needs of pathologists, labs, and healthcare providers. Developed by Physicians Independent Management Services (PIMS), the system integrates medical billing, diagnostics, and data management into a unified solution.

Responsibilities:

• Led requirement grooming, including technical analysis, gap identification, and impact assessment.
• Managed backend development tasks across database, REST APIs, and reporting modules using ActiveReport JS.
• Conducted code reviews, quality audits, and root cause analysis for critical issues.
• Served as offshore lead, overseeing sprint planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation for scrum-based releases.
• Worked on production-critical bug fixes, performance tuning, and exploratory R&D tasks.

Project Overview:

Sheridan Management Accelerator Receivable Transaction (SMART) is a unique health care product which promises to be one of its kinds of complete health care solution in present time. This huge project involves many stages of data processing by various sub systems which is adding immense value to business. The end users are doctors and insurance providers for radiology, anesthesia, emergency and neonatology departments. Patient Data Flow in SMART (for Radiology):- EHR Integration Service – Accepts HL7 (Health Level 7) data from IDS and through SSIS package loads desire data in SMART EHR Staging. From here, Service dumps them into SMART External Interface database which are SMART compatible data. Marrying Process – Marry (join) ADT (Admission Discharge & Transfer) and MR (Medical Record) data from External Interface and create patients and encounters in SMART system Address Verification Service – Third party service which validates address of patient Insurance Verification Service – Emdeon (Third party) verifies insurance CodeRtye Service – This third party service codes the procedure line with CPT and diagnosis details based on accession number Claim Submission Services – Set of services which generate, validates and submit paper and electronic claims to Emdeon Payment Posting Services – Set of services which process EOB (Explanation of benefits delivered by Emdeon) and creates A/R (Account receivable) Recalculate Reimbursement Batch Process – This process make sure that all the reimbursement amount are correct and are up to date in the SMART system when any changes happen in MDM/Contract (Master Data Mngt.)

Responsibilities:

• Handling sprints.
• Handling productions bugs, assigning to developers and discussing with onshore if required.
• Handling environment related issues.
• Handling TFS stuffs like Raising CCR, Branching and Merging etc.
• Part of production emergency release support team.
• Communication with onshore for any query regarding bugs or task.
