Summary

Vision for long-term research focuses on establishing an interdisciplinary program dedicated to functional microbiome science and microbial biotechnology. This initiative will integrate molecular biosciences, omics technologies, and applied microbial innovation to address pressing challenges in environmental sustainability, climate resilience, and bio-based industries. With over 15 years of research experience in mangrove microbial ecology, yeast biodiversity, and microbial metabolite discovery, the objective is to develop a translational research platform that effectively bridges fundamental molecular microbiology with practical industrial and environmental applications.
