Drilling fluid engineer with more than 8.5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Drilling fluid with various clients. Worked on complex deepwater , HTHP and ERD wells. Hands on work experience with handling and managing various types of Oil bases drilling fluids , Water based fluids and completion brines on project ranging from 2 million to 40 million USD both single handedly or working as a team player. • Led project engineering for Schlumberger in India, INR 40 Lakhs pilot project in bombay high assets for ONGC, including material requirement projection , costing , international procurement , logistics , Supply chain management and warehousing.
• Created a virtual fluid supervisor using ML and AL algorithms and using mean square regression methods predict the condition that can minimize losses. Works are going on to include in the same in schlumberger patented software using SQL.
• Nominated for IDS PRO award 2019 while working in IDS project in Assam with client Vedanta.
• Recommended for Deepwater school early in the career which normally takes 10-12 years experience, seeing the accelerated performance.
• Part of the longest reservoir section drilled in India in Aishwarya field of Barmer. Recommended important drilling parameters for the section using hydraulics. The approach reduced the mud losses for the client and thus increased the revenue around INR 2million the client.
• Part of a project in which a Deepwater well was drilled to the depth of 3165m by ONGC. This well was the deepest world record water well.
