- Updated regular saving facility for individual or employer on monthly / annually basis and amended client's direct debit payments as per client's instructions (CASS 8 Mandate)
- Transferred pension to another service provider and issued contract notes to new providers or clients for their investment
- Correcting Retirement account investments and sending correct Investment Certificates.

- Meeting client expectation such as Quality, SLA and Productivity.
- Conducting daily meeting with team and passing the new procedures and updates to the team and Reviewing the existing procedures within the team.
- Managing the operations & communicating with the clients on email & Call and ensuring SLA cases are completed on timely manner as per clients expectation.
- Ensuring all the reporting tasks are completed in timely manner as per managements set expectation.
- Ensuring staffs are skilled in all areas and updating the records accordingly.
- Managing a team of 05 partners and conducting one-on-one discussion with team partners, discuss on the performance and areas for improvement on monthly/Mid-Year/Year end basis

- Led a team of 20 members by strategically leading & enhancing performance by setting clear accountable performance measures.
- Ensuring focused cascading of organizational KPIs into functional objectives and finally into individual KPIs and reviewing performance against the same based on a set calendar
- Leading, training & mentoring team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of targets

- Formulating various reports such as Weekly and Monthly Productivity reports, Hourly Volume Report, Capacity, Monthly Error Trend Analysis Report, 8 Week Error Report, EOD Report and Executive Deck.
