  • Work closely with 17 Zonal Education Officers (ZEOs) at the district level and multiple stakeholders at the state level to develop and maintain policies addressing the most pressing challenges for STAR Education expansion in Manipur.
    Lead the annual plan proposal and creation process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and government requirements.
    Conduct weekly interventions by visiting resisting schools, identifying challenges, and raising concerns to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
    Draft letters, write reports, and prepare submissions to communicate program progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively.
    Facilitate capacity-building training sessions for teachers to enhance their skills and improve educational outcomes.
    Work closely with Programme Development counterparts and regional leadership to oversee key government relationships and programming.
