Sauce and Spoon (Table top menu tables), 05/01/24, I have created a project charter for Sauce and Spoon Restaurant, with the primary objective of implementing digital software for ordering. This initiative aims to reduce customer wait times while improving overall customer satisfaction. The goals outlined in this project charter are formulated using SMART criteria, which also assist in defining the project's scope and identifying elements that may fall outside of it. Additionally, the charter is structured around agile values and principles, emphasizing responsiveness to change, customer collaboration, and prioritizing individuals and interactions over rigid processes. To monitor progress and maintain oversight of the project, I have utilized a Gantt chart as a project management tool throughout its duration.
