• Managed scheduling and rescheduling activities using Primavera P6 for Bottom-Up construction methodology at Vidhan Bhavan Station.
• Oversaw tunneling operations involving NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method) and TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) techniques, ensuring timely progress and compliance with engineering specifications.
• Utilized AutoCAD for resource mapping and integrated resource scheduling in P6 for heavy equipment like Piling Rigs , improving efficiency and alignment with project timelines.
