- Fully understand the provisions of the contract for the project, regularly apprising functional representatives of salient provisions, and ensuring organizational compliance with all requirements
- Providing contract management services to the local division, ensuring all contract management activities are executed in accordance with corporate/business area and division policies including company procedures and the contract management framework

- Establish procedures to identify changes to contracts and quantify additional amounts due, in addition to handling claims and managing dispute resolution in cooperation with Legal department
- Provide professional support with regard to purchasing activities (purchase orders, contracts, etc.), analyze contractual terms to identify potential risks, and draw up risk mitigation plans
- Clear Management of the project scope, program, cost to complete (CTC), including Project Risk & Opportunities (R&O)
- Build and maintain close contact with the Client's Project representative to ensure Project Relationship is conducive to achieving project variations, and allows any significant dissatisfaction issues to be remedied promptly and professionally
- Act as a single point of contact for senior level customer contacts and internal / external project team
- Manage and motivate the people in the Project Team to deliver the necessary competencies and performance
- Coordinate with site team and making necessary site visits to expedite site work when required
- Allocate Tasks or subprojects to project design team in conjunction with the Engineering Manager
- Lead by example to ensure safe Project working environments and practices for all Project stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the ongoing communication of safe working to all Project team members and subcontractors
- Implement Processes to provide strong management of against Project budget, with remedies
- Authorize and ensure placement of Project Purchase Orders in a timely manner
- Maintain contact with key Project supplier (internal and external) to ensure necessary quality and prompt and reliable delivery
