Specification / Description :- Giving the Admin support to client.

Responsibilities:

▪ Developed GTM Territory model as per client requirement in QA and then Successfully deployed it to production.

▪ Created different types of territories.

▪ Defined Assignment rules for different territories.

▪ Configured Territory Management Permissions and Access for Salesforce Admins and Users.

▪ Created custom report types for Territory management reports.

▪ Designed Dashboard to track unassigned Accounts, opportunities and Leads in the org.

▪ Reassigned Accounts and Opportunities based on tickets.

▪ Add New Users and delegates users on territories as well as termed users from assigned territories.

▪ Daily Audit carried out on Accounts, Opportunies, users.

▪ Worked on Data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench and salesforce inspector.

• Experience in SFDC Configurations and Customization
• Experience of Managing Standard and Custom Applications with Custom Objects, Tabs, Fields and Records
• Defined lookup, master detail relationships and many to many relationships on the objects and created junction objects to establish connectivity among objects and also Implement pick lists
• Hands on experience on creating custom Objects and Tabs, designing Custom Fields, assigning Validation Rules and Field-Level Dependencies, Approval Processes, Territory management
• Expertise at administrative tasks such as User management, creating Profiles, Roles and Permission Sets, Workflow, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Public Groups, Queues, Role hierarchy, Record types, Queues, Reports, Dashboards
• Used data migration tools such as Data Loader, Salesforce Import and Export Wizard
• Also deal with Salesforce Inspector
• Created Permission sets and Permission sets groups
• Experience of handling Profiles for providing Org Level, Field Level and Object Level Security with Different administrative and general user permissions
• Provided Record Level Security using OWD, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Manual Sharing by creating Different public group and queues for record sharing
• Have worked on deployment of data from sandbox to production org using changeset
