• Collaborating with pharmacists from all the villages across Dharwad/Haveri districts to collect day to day inventory data
• Setting up process for collection of inventory data manually
• Coordinated in building a mobile based application to gather inventory data
• Ensuring timely supply of critical and other medicines to remote areas through inventory management to ensure the pharmacies do not run out of stock
