  • Responsible for closing the season buys as per the Business Sales target and OTB Budget.

  • Responsible for top-line revenue goals as per the target growth with Online Players, P&L Management by reducing cost and maximizing profitability.
  • Inventory Management, Assortment Planning, Replenishment in Top Sellers, Discount Management across online Market Places.
  • Maintaining the Performance Indicator like GMV, ROS, SOH, Inventory Health Management, Gross Margins, ST, Disc%, ASP.
  • Regular check for new customer acquisition for the brand across marketplaces.
  • Work with the platform teams and the internal marketing activation teams to plan marketing campaigns on the platforms for driving incremental sales. Analysis of visibility metrics like PDP Views, CTR, PLP Views, Consideration, and Conversion Rate.
  • Product Gap Analysis and build the category, and New Season range accordingly for the target customers for Online Marketplaces.
  • Closely work with the Internal Product & Design team.
  • Closely monitor the new season order deliveries to align the smooth launch of the season.
  • Competitive Analysis of Brands, Market Trends Analysis, Understand Customer Buying Patterns.
