• Look after the customer’s complaints, suggestions and queries
• Coordinate with the Category & Vendors to ensure timely delivery of the stock
• Look after Store Display and also ensure the stock availability to avoid stock outs

* We have to chart out market strategies, work along with lenders, and involve in the day-to- day operations, maintenance, logistics, safety etc.

* Responsible for electing the right kind of employees, making performance evaluations and holding all the staff meetings.

* Needs to see to that the production is making profit and also maintain the production records.

* Needs to plan in advance to enhance and expand the existing production.

* Arrange warehouse, goods, plain roots.

* Resolve any arising problems.

* Supervise, Coach and Train warehouse employees.

* Plans & co-ordinates warehousing transportation in distribution chain.

* Co-ordination the movement of goods in the company, making sure that the right locations & to be right person at right time.

· Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans.

· Shrinkage management, Cash management.

· Tracking on P & L monthly basis & control on store cost.

· Increasing the sales productivity.

· Handling customer quarries & staff concerns.

· Plan & carry out local sales, marketing the door hanging newspapers insertion & corporate calling.

· Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.

* Store business operations, including managing profit and loss, facility management, Store Inventory.

* Product management, including ordering, receiving, price changes, and handling damaged products and returning them.

* Stock handling, merchandise display, brand staff management, staff scheduling.

*Responsible for brand sales, stock inventory, re ordering.

* Responsible for making Inward/ GRN/ Outward/.

*Commercials- Cashiers total bills, receive money, make change, fill out charge forms, and give receipts, MIS, Opening & Closing.

*Following the Staff roaster with shift timings.

* Relationship building with the respective brand supervisors.

* Safety and security, loss prevention (also called shrinkage), and banking.
