Part of Instrumentation team of one the most advanced Super Critical Power Plant(2*660 MW) at NTPC Meja since last year.

Contributing organization as middle level management leading sub-team of Offsite Instrumentation and control Department.

• Joined NTPC Kawas as a working level Engineer and gone through all levels of C&I Maintenance activities.For last 3 years functioning as Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Department Head.
• Operation, maintenance, commissioning & overhauling of Gas Turbine (GE 9001E), Steam Turbine (Alstom) & other offsite areas
• Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Industrial Instruments and Automation.
• Renovation & Modernization of Instrumentation systems, upgrading of panels and HMI interface
• Understanding of Engineering drawings, data sheets, I/O wiring diagrams, P&IDs, specification.
• DCS & PLC system: Maintenance, Troubleshooting, logic/ HMI development/ modifications and spare management for GE Mark Vie, GE Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Honeywell, ABB and other DCS/PLC.
• Maintaining Instrumentation of Hazardous areas as NAPTHA/HSD Storage, PT/DM plant Chlorine and other chemicals systems.
• Implementation & upkeeping of AAQMS, CEMS and EQMS online data to GPCB / CPCB providing 100% availability ensuring environment norms.
• Ensuring all activity adhering to NTPC SAP based Permit to Work system and highest level of Safety standard.
• AMC and work specific Contract Management for above requirements.
• ERP SAP module for Maintenance and Procurement role.
• Maintenance functions: SAP based maintenance system for Gas turbines, Steam turbine, DDCMIS, PLC, DM plant, Fire system, WHRB, BSDG, DM plant for maximum availability of machines and procurement of routine spares and maintaining critical spares.
• Maintenance & Budget Planning Ensuring completion of PM, breakdown, overhauling, upgradation, modification activities as per schedule and budget
• Estimation and Initiation of Maintenance contracts proposals
• Materials planning and procurement.
• Integrated Management System (IMS-ISO) - Departmental audits, Business Excellence Model ,technical audits, 5S, Implementation of HOD workshop recommendation
• Also, conducted HIRA and prepared quality documents & procedures of department as per company's requirement.
• Functioning also as CISO(Cyber and Information Security officer) of OT systems at NTPC Kawas.
• Core team member exploring technical feasibility of Remote Operations of plant.

• At initial stage of carrier with NTPC ,Erection and Commissioning of Control System and Field Instrumentation for 2X490 MW Coal Based Power Plant with exposure of Max Dna Control system at NTPC Dadri.

• Trained at India's largest Power Station ,NTPC Vindhyachal for 4x210 MW and 4x500 MW (BHEL make LMZ & KWF turbines) super thermal power plant for operations, maintenance & management modules.

• Campus Recruitment as Graduate Engineer Trainee at Tata Chemicals and posted at Mithapur plant.
• After initial classroom Training worked in C&I Maintenance Department of Process plant and hands on experience of related field instrument and Honey Well EPKS DCS System.
