About the Project:
CCM (Cross Country Mortgage) is a leading US home loan financing company. Previously dependent on multiple third-party services, CCM faced challenges like high costs, inefficiencies, and lack of integration. To address this, a team of 70+ professionals built an in-house ERP system to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.

Starting as a solo developer, I built Klutch from scratch using ReactJS and Laravel. Over time, we added key features like PWA support, browser extensions, and mobile responsiveness.
