• Responsible for managing team for global spend consolidation for MRO spend for clients with spend of annual $450M+ USD.
• Primary responsibility includes consolidation of annual spend, create dashboard, review and analyze spend data to find opportunities for hard savings, supplier consolidation, aggregator inclusion, lead time optimization, alternate supplier development, reverse engineering project and others.
