· My Role was to audit the calls of Equity Advisor and Customer whether the dealer is placing the orderas per the customer needs.

· Equity Advisor is providing right information to the customer.

· Equity Advisors should not misguide the customer.

· Provide training to the Equity Advisors how to givepre and post confirmation to the customer before placing any

order in customer’s trading account.

· Conduct training session for new joiners of Equity Advisors.

• To place orders on behalf of clients and provide correct information to the customer.
• The recommendation, which is provided by the company for investment in Mutual Funds, we used to share that information with the customer.

• To activate the customer, which has not been traded for many years.
• Generate revenue and brokerage, and provide services to the customer.
• Developed and maintained strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
