On time completion of validation of Open Purchase Order Report before MRP run.
⁠Reviewing requisitions and MRP output.
⁠Checking the purchase orders and modifying them according to the changes in the production plan with the help of the Shortage List and the Open Purchase Order List.

⁠Communicating with freight forwarders, warehouses, and organizing the transportation.
⁠Checking the inventory of critical materials according to the Shortage List assuring all active components according to production needs, in time, for the accord price in the request.
⁠Avoiding overstock by regular weekly check of the stocks.
⁠Getting in touch with the right warehouse personnel and having the discrepancy modified if there is any inventory discrepancies.
⁠Ensuring there are no Production line down situations.
⁠Ensuring adherence to targets set for all Process Metrics.
⁠Escalating matters requiring the senior management’s attention on a timely basis.
⁠Training new team members on an ongoing basis on relevant tools or topics.
⁠Approving invoices for payment.
⁠Perform root cause analysis to expedite the resolution of service issues.
⁠Identifying, recommending, and implementing operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of procurement processes.
⁠Scheduling regular calls with Suppliers and drive supplier performance improvement.
⁠Work on shortage management, provide assistance in resolving Accounts Payable, warehouse and RTV challenges, follow-up to ensure POs are placed on time, there are no past due orders.
⁠Participating in daily KPI, huddle and dashboard review.
⁠Addressing issues with suppliers by leading the discussion and involve other team for support where needed.
