• Provide L2 support to circle team for 2G/3G/4G Nokia RAN nodes faults
• Having good co-work experience with incident management, problem management, change management, other L1 team and Core domain /OSS BO teams
• Implement Change Request Forms (CRF) in case of FNI.
• Handling Acceptance Test for newly integrated Nokia nodes in Zain IQ network (2G/3G/4G).
• Analysis of RAN nodes faults and act accordingly
• Understating on 5G architecture nodes & 5G-LTE interconnectivity.
• SBTS,2G,3G Site and controller node Alarm troubleshooting.
• Fault Management takes end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed.

• Worked for Incidents under RAN queues like 1ST line, NMC triage, Faults, Power IR
• Priorities OOS cases, SLA breached Incidents, and working accordingly fault finding
• Coordination with TXN, IP, VAS teams for Incidents related issues and acting accordingly.
• Do audit BSC HC, DSP OOS report, SGSN ping results

• LTE Nokia SRAT and SRAN BTS troubleshooting
• Fetch SFP log, BTS Snapshot, KPI and alarm history report as NPO Team requirement.
• Give MO/Alarm/Parameter upload to EnodeB from CM editor while it required.
• AISG Enable & RET Assignment for 2300 Band EnodeB as per Customer ATT requirement.
• Working on sleeping cells and escalate to NPO Team with our analysis.
• To work on URSA tool for CPRI Cleaning activity under MRBTS Health check task to support onsite FE.

• To perform HC of Nokia BSCs and work on actionable alarms daily basis.
• To support Field BSS Engineer for ticket raised in TAC support portal site level

• Extensive experience in Health checkup and backup of BSC computer.
• Check open dockets in complaint web tool and rectify accordingly fault.
• Post check /verification after performed planned activities carried out.
• BTS commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of critical logs reading for analysis.
• Perform Quarterly Preventive Maintenance of 21 BSC's after each 3 months and get sign of Customer on same QPM document.

• Fault troubleshoot of 2G 3G Nokia RAN product Family Flexi BSC, High cap BSC ,Low cap BSC, mcRNC for Bharti Airtel Network.
• To maintain TRXs availbility by soft reset daily basis and publish to Circle daily basis.
• To perform BSC software backup in Night hours
• To work on sleeping and Zero edge pay load cells
• Fault rectification of BSC Hardware OMU, MCMU, BCSU ,CLS,MB/EMB
• To perform RAM upgrade of BSC computer units

• Bharti Airtel 2G New Site Installation & commissioning(MR& Flexi BTS).
• Swapping Nokia Ultra BTS to Flexi as well MR BTS for Bharti Airtel Operator.
• Traffic expansion in Flexi BTS for Airtel operator.
