I was overseeing HR, Operations, Finance and customer relations. The company got 275 employees with annual turnover of Rs.27 cr.

I have ensured that right person is heading the right divn and fixed target for various divns where performance can be quantified and other parameters like cleanliness, compliance level, timely completion etc as targets where performance cannot be quantified in units.

I have also reviewed the performance and corrective action are being taken to ensure corporate goal is achieved.

Incentive schemes are drawn so that, employees are motived to achieve the target.

In my last assignment in the bank i worked as Head of Internal Audit and Chief of Internal Vigilance officer.

I have streamlined the interna audit procedure and automated the internal audit process. The polices are modified as per the requirement of regulators and to comply with internal Board directions.

I have liasoned with regulators and statutory auditors. I have evaluated the performance of concurrent auditors and ensured Bank submits the compliance to Board and regulators with regard to internal inspection, RBI annual inspection, statutory auditors report, Internal control on Financial reporting with in the stipulated time.
