· Looking after Entire PR to PO/OLA process for Solar & Wind O&M sites

(i.e. Floating RFQ -> Prepare Bid Tab -> eOAF -> Purchase Order/Outline Agreement).

· Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contract.

· Review and analyze all vendors supply/service and pricing options along with terms & conditions.

· Finalize Purchase details of order and deliveries.

· Examine & Testing of existing contracts.

· Coordinate with concern person to ensure clarity and specification regarding requirements.

· Maintain vendor master data and their qualifications for future developments.

· Prepared and maintained all related procurement reporting such as price analysis, delivery records, and vendor performance.

· Executed order processing tasks and related support services as stated in the guidelines and policies.

· Working with team members & procurement manager to complete duties as needed.

• Co-ordination with various customers
• To look after entire sales cycle starting from receipt of PO to collection of payment from the client
• Get Production Plan (MIS) and maintain in excel file as easy to get details as per sales data as well as production data
• To update customers by providing monthly schedule
• To prepare monthly sales budget & review actual performance
• Assisting and supporting management by providing sales reports
• Review of quality complaints with quality team and its timely resolution to client
• To provide daily dispatch plan to dispatch team against pending orders list.

• Co-ordination with Client
• To look after entire purchase cycle from receipt of order to dispatch
• Prepare pre shipment & post shipment documents
• Co-ordinate with transporter & schedule to dispatch material
• Review production plan to execute the orders on time.
