It is a highrise building project having an SBA of 113400 Sqm,which consist of 6 towers with 504 appartments, tower 1& 6 are identical with G+21 floors, Tower 2&5 with G+23 and tower 3&4 with G+25.L, the Ground floor 1st and 2nd are distributed for parking purposes.
Sobha LakeEdgeThe high rise building project having an SBA of 224000 Sqm which consist of 72 appartments in a single tower with 25 floors, the Ground and 1st floors are provided for parking purposes
Fibre Reinforced Aerated Concrete (Mtec)Aerated concrete is reinforced with glass fibres to increase the strength of the aerated concrete. The combination of silicafume and glass fibres in the contribution of strength to aerated concrete is also examined.
