• Developing project control systems, dashboard for management in Oil & Gas Project, Abudhabi UAE • Actively took part in 3 days construction schedule alignment workshop with SAMSUNG, Crude flexibility project and baseline construction schedule for sub phase project with extra 3 months from contact period in UAE • Adroitly full implemented use of costemised prepared Microsoft excell sheet for uploading budget cost data for CFP projects
• • Successfully lowered all bottlenecks of 3 months delayed not started projects by in‐house developing drawings, setting‐up fabrication shop and MS work procedure requirement for GRP pipe line, installation pipe sleepers, platform foundation, culverts, de-watering system in live plant brown field. .
• Implementation of work procedure during shut down period for installation underground GRP 56" inch dia pipe line including pipe rack foundation with de-watering methodology in live plant Brown field.
• Successfully constructed Admin building in 03 month time frame by adjusting time schedule and resource management at Hadeed project in KSA.
