• Prepare and review tax workpapers, like SubPart F, GILTI, QBAI, 953e, FTC computations, and Sch M.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate review of international compliance forms—5471, 8858, 8865, and international reports.
• Responsible for the research and timely filing of the tax residence certificate.
• Prepare and review the quarterly withholding tax and 986c calculations.
• Process dividend payments, including the calculation of tax basis if required, and prepare their annual reconciliation as per GL.
• Prepare and review the quarterly advance tax statements.

• This instrument is used in the standardization and automation of the dividend process, which saved 40 manpower hours.

• Involved in the preparation of daily AR overdue and unsecured aging reports for retail and modern retail trade channels.
• Credit limit evaluation of MRF channel distributors based on past sales trends.
• Change the order release authorization of retail channel distributors based on secured value and previous months' billings.
• Pre- and post-scheme evaluation (basis of scheme, target to be achieved, budget involved, target achievement, budget utilization, impact on sales).
• Involved in the preparation of the annual budget for primary and secondary freight, handling and storage costs of CFA, and travel costs.

• Involved in the preparation of bank reconciliation, processing and passing of transportation invoices, general expense invoices, and releasing payment for the same.
• Process distributors' claims based on supporting evidence and policy.
• Suppliers' and customers' accounts reconciliation with their books of accounts.
• Involved in the financial audit of distributors by analyzing their financial statements.
