· Organizing various senior visits, large scale Global meetings/ town-halls, events, off-sites – coordination and logistics.
· Some of the prestigious events organized and participated by me include-
- Hindustan Times Leadership Summit-Landmark event of HT Media Ltd involving more than 2000 delegates. This event brings together leaders from different walks of life, encouraging interactions and debates thereby raising the bar of discussion on critical world issues.
- Delhi Shopping Carnival - The event involved participation from around 500 retailers, 45 companies in and around Delhi. It is a month-long activity. During the event, around 3 lakh coupons were distributed through retailers and shopkeepers and around 10000 winners were announced.
- HT City Crystal Awards - The biggest names in the food and beverages industry come together to recognize Delhi’s best eateries.
· Events Tasks include :
- Compilation of the list of guests and arranging invitations, monitoring delivery status, arranging RSVP calling, managing telecallers and reporting to Functional Head on daily basis. Personal follow up for invites of Chairman
- Coordination with the offices of Speakers, Moderators, Delegates, Celebrities and arrange for their Travel Boarding Lodging (TBL)
- Coordination with Chairman’s office and other stakeholders of events.
- Complete Coordination of airport activity for movement of international dignitaries
- Coordination with Finance to ensure timely payments to Vendors, Speakers and also submission of Cheques / DDs collected for registration of delegates with full records.
- Handling voluminous telephonic queries about the events and subsequently managing registration desks at event venues.
- Maintaining Events Library and Departmental Archives
· Monitored Call Quality Standard for all Citiphone and Vendor (IBM) locations
· Conducted periodic survey to check Customer Satisfaction. It included Understanding-Evaluating-Analysing-Improving bank services
· Conducted Mystery Shopping on monthly Basis with the idea to impart excellent services to customers.
· Imparted regular feedbacks to the concerned departments & locations to maintain consistency in the quality standards.
· MIS – Training needs & schedule to be followed by trainers.
· Conducted Call Calibration sessions across different Citiphone & Vendor locations, to bring uniformity & standardization of process across locations.
· Designed Newsletter for the Central Quality Team, which featured the work done by the team & compiled the achievement & highlights.
· Handled project on Average Handling time (AHT). The project aimed in bringing down the AHT for the team. This increased the productivity of the team & aimed at better Customer Service Experience in lesser time.
