* The nature of work in this NGO was the dream come true to associate with the people at the bottom ,it gave me an opportunity to reach out to the underprivileged children in my city and nearby district in context to their education and study, several projects related to these childrens' education were assigned to me as consultant for the foundation.

* Persuading to the parents and Guardians to send their children to school and dissociating them from their work for livelihoods and supporting their poverty-stricken family was quite difficult task but we as a team managed this and provided alternative arrangements for livelihoods.

* Working in such environment was in close coordination with district officials of different departments like child welfare, education and police.

* Although a banarasi but it gave me an opportunity to know my city even better and understanding of the social-political situations on the ground.
