  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for mechanical Billable & Non-Billable components (Pipes, Valves, panels, Consumables & Fittings Etc) ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier communications
  • Monitored inventory levels and worked to prevent shortages by maintaining effective communication with suppliers.
  • Conduct Inspection as per the client requirement (IS standards) for required material before dispatch
  • Attending various technical commercial discussions & meeting
  • Conducting training for vendors to educate them about company’s requirements and help them in improving their performance.
  • Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation with the help of (GRN)
• Execution
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets.
  • Kick-off meeting with client.
  • Site visit for fixing the location of site office, material store, fabrication yard and power source etc.
  • Take approval of technical data sheets and drawings from client.
  • Planning & Coordination with our sub coordinates and site team for execution.
  • Tracking of materials with the coordination of purchase team.
  • Take daily progress report from site team and do the close monitoring on that.
  • Weekly review meeting with our site team for work progress.
  • Manage the all type of issues like technical, commercial & manpower handling.
  • Monitor of cash flow and tracking of RA Bills project wise.
  • Communicate with client and manage all types of site issues.
  • Making of Final Billing Break Up Unit wise for final costing of the project.

Evaluation of Enquiry documents & specifications.
• Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan Against the budget.
• Development of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost Saving.
• Purchasing advanced equipment’s with better quality and low cost with the support of R&D.
• Tender preparation activities and evaluation of tender price.
• Recognize and understand the client & Consultant needs, make suggestions for possible solutions
and quickly develop.
