  • Started my journey in Deployment with working on CDA Yogurt desk (Dec' 2021), started working directly on OMP on my first day in Deployment (without any Deployment & OMP training).
  • Circumstances made me even more confident about my learning skills & adaptability. Worked on Yogurt profile without any issues and escalations.
  • Took additional responsibilities (other than core tasks on desk) on the new desk such as below -
  • Load Levelling SPOC - Review CSFs IBs & OBs on daily basis & take calls to either add/remove/ push out loads to meet the IBs target. Keep an eye on CSF's 4W utilization and suggest Deployment strategy based on that such as HT1, HT2, HT3.
  • LDE Data management - Gather Load, Double Touch & Mode numbers from LDE dashboard. Review information on different lanes which had spent above quarterly target and provide reasons for the same. Talk with CSFs, plants to understand on what can be done to reduce the spent.
  • Canadian production Model - Create a weekly file based on National & Regional IPDs to understand the available inventory & upcoming production in CDA network. Take calls based on those numbers for deployment of FINIs to certain CSFs & Overflows.
  • SPPK deployment - Responsible for inventory movement of Special packs across NAR network. Track SPPK production at plant & customer orders files at CSFs, deploy SPPK shippers based on the orders in file. Be in constant touch with plants to stay updated of any unforeseen events/hurdles. Communicate the same to CSFs in order to reduce the risk at customer end.
  • Worked on ELF projections to work & help ELF team to plan-launch deployment friendly tools such as Load Levelling. Provided inputs on various deployment aspects such as Hot Criteria, Transport parameters, CSF parameters.
  • Been part of Employee Engagement team (last 4 years) withing RLO, Thought, Planned, executed multiple events such as Gamification 1 & 2, Ideathon 1 & 2, Beer game, Health & Wellness initiative to increase engagement across RLO. While doing so improved career important aspects such as communication across SC, planning events.
