- Leading a team responsible to Manage APAC UW Support function and assist UW’s with operational support.
- Liaising with onshore (UW’s) and stakeholders for complex queries on Invoices, Endorsements, mismatch of financial information etc.
- Coordinate with Technical Accounting team with their queries on Invoices received through brokers.
- Have been a part of both Facultative and Treaty underwriting business team and hold in depth knowledge of how both policy documents are prepared having different clauses/perils/limits/deductions and cancellations terms.
- Was involved in complete cycle of underwriting a risk in system from receiving Quote to signing contract.
- Support Catastrophe Modelling team with initial data to be worked upon.
- Provide support to understand exceptional cases of Sliding scale commission/profit commission/No claim bonus and Portfolio transfer adjustments for clean cut treaties.
- Assistance with effort to standardize, automate and improve efficiency of existing processes, through working with Finance & IT teams.
