Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Risk-Based Internal Audits (RBIA): Auditing high-risk areas like loan origination, credit risk, liquidity management, and information security.
• Compliance & Regulatory Reviews: Ensuring adherence to RBI Master Directions, KYC/AML guidelines, and internal policies.
• Operational Audits: Reviewing branch-level processes, including cash management, document verification, and customer onboarding.
• Reporting & Follow-up: Preparing audit reports highlighting control lapses, risks, and recommendations for improvement, then tracking the closure of audit issues.
• Fraud Prevention: Identifying red flags, process deficiencies, and policy deviations to prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Data Analytics: Using data to identify trends, exceptions, and anomalies in financial data.

• Audit of lending and commercial lending branches.
• Assure that branch is working as per the RBI guidelines.
• Assure that branch follow the internal guidelines of the NBFC.
• Checking of Branch Administration, Operation & gold loan.
• Checking of collection & attendance of the branch employee.
• Checking of Travel expense and branch expenses.
• Checking of cash and delay in cash in the branch.
• Checking loan files (Lending, CV, CD & Gold loan)
• Checking of gold loan and process of the gold loan in the branch.
• Checking of suspicious transaction.
• Key Account Management
• Drafting of Audit report.
• Resolve the issues of branch and give proper feedback.
• Discuss the report with senior and give proper summary of the report to the senior.
• Discuss critical issue with the branch manager.

• Audit of retail branch banking.
• Assure that branch is working as per the RBI guidelines.
• Assure that branch follow the internal guidelines of the bank.
• Checking of account opening process and welcome calling.
• Checking of GL and suspense's accounts.
• Checking of cash and deliverables.
• Foreign Exchange Transaction of TT, Forex card and Foreign currency.
• Suspense monitoring of Daily transactions and checking daily reports.
• Checking and monitoring of High Transaction of current and saving a/c.
• Checking of suspicious transaction.
• Key Account Management

• Discuss critical issue with the branch manager.

• Handling an Account of ITC Lifestyle retail department.
• Maintain the advertisement chain of ITC Wills's lifestyle department.
• Resolving customer's complaints and coordinating for post sales services.

• Handling a team of Executive trainees.
• Approaching the Telecaller leads and communicating the prospective customers.
• Utilizing client feedback & personal network for generating leads.
• Updating telecaller leads (ATLAS) on daily basis.
• Convincing the prospective customers.
• Follow up the prospective customers.
• Finalizing and closing the deals.
• Resolving customer's complaints and coordinating for post sales services.
