Summary : The Customer Data, Network and Analytics (cDNA) initiative gives a single, complete view of customer information for both individuals and organizations across different products. It combines customer details with real-time updates, transaction data, and reference information. This helps improve customer experience and makes internal processes easier for employees.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implementing/Enhancement of services based on the business requirement
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Being a part of Non-Prod, Production Releases and Stage Deployments.
• Used Apigee as an API Gateway for routing, security, and API management.
• Used F5 for load balancing to distribute incoming requests efficiently.
• Performed API testing and test automation using Jupyter and Kestrel.
• Optimized code to improve application performance and response time.

Summary : CBA helps to communicating with insurance carriers and provide coverage for both you and your whole family against any medical plan or benefit. CBA also make certain that their employing organization is properly paid for medical services provided to insured patients. Portal also takes an active role in helping patients obtain and understand their medical benefits. And helps to manage all the claims records and history.

Summary : OPS is the enhancement/Module of UMR Portal responsible for utilizing patients, electronic health records to code medical procedures and examine insurance claims. OPS Module provides denial letters represent a variety of health plan/payer communications as per the selected service on the portal. Maintain meticulous records of medical costs, adjustments, co-payments, and other billing details.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implementing/enhancing the changes/User Story on the business requirement using Agile Methodology
• Responsible to attending the Scrum Calls and connecting to the Business team to understand and develop the modules as per the requirement.
• Pick up user stories/development tasks and enhance/develop the module
• Being a part of Non-Prod, Production and Stage Deployments.

Summary : Cartopia is a tool designed for editing maps. It works just like Google Map Maker but in Cartopia an editor can add information to its minute detail. My responsibilities are understanding user tasks; create high-low level prototypes and usability testing. I also looked upon visual aesthetic enhancement of Cartopia.

• As a GIS engineer I have mapped the road for automatic cars GPS by using various tool like Cartopia, ArcGIS.
