- Responsible for planning of resources for Work Over jobs, Movement of Rig and operation of the work over jobs along with monthly invoices, creating liabilities, making deduction based on actual performance and payment to vendor.
- Completed 52 wells in year 2024-25 with objective of changing zonal production, Servicing water injection, servicing producer, changing water zone, Tubing annulus communicated wells, Fishing jobs, Change mode from self to SRP(sucker rod pump) wells, Changing well heads and casing related problems.
- Good experience of Packer completion and fishing jobs.
- Responsible for maintaining safe working environment along with various trainings to crew for safe operation and maintaining safety related documents complying to OISD (oil industries safety directorate) standards and DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety).
- Conducted various safety related visit on other Work Over Rigs during Internal safety audits.
- Taken charge of other Work over rigs in parallel to present assignment during absence of other installation managers.
- Hold several digitalized improvements at conventional work over rig as a part of offshore experience, including installation of RTMS(real time monitoring systems) and PA( Public address systems).
