Record Management

  • Maintaining Attendance and Leave Registers for the employees

Relieving Termination

Statutory Compliances

  • Issuing Medical cards and ESI cards and conducting awareness program on utilization of the benefits
  • Supporting to employees for the further education, if they are interested
  • EPF monthly challan submission
  • Generation of UAN numbers of new joiners in organization
  • Handle Grievances related to ESI and EPF

Exit Process Full Final Settlement

  • Taking the NOC from the entire concerns department and calculate final dues considering all earnings and deductions
  • Sending the necessary information to finance department for clearing the final dues

Time Attendance

  • Maintain the attendance strictly
  • Monitoring the employee’s punctuality daily in soft and hard copies and informing the same to management
  • Monitoring the company rules and regulation, if any employees will break the rules necessary action will be taken

Payroll

  • Preparing the employees’ salaries every month at the end of the month and send to Finance department
  • Preparing the employees attendance every month and send to management for employee’s payrolls
  • Sending the salaries soft copy details to the concerned bank for credit the salaries to the employees
  • Maintaining the files for salaries in soft copy and hard copy for documentation
  • Preparing ESI and EPF challans every month and returns filling
  • Submitting the all- r e l a t e d documents every month in ESI and EPF departments
  • Preparing salary reports and budget reports across all the departments

Recruitment

  • Follow up for renewal of Insurance of Company owned Vehicles and godowns
  • Follow up for renewals of Rental Agreements of Godowns / Staff Residences
  • Maintaining the AMC data for company Equipment’s and renewal of Fire Extinguishers/Weighing Scale and other requirements of the office
  • Maintaining Claim Registers and Records of the Court Cases
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Order office supplies
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities
  • Organize travel arrangements for senior managers & HOD’s

Administration

  • Maintenance of records in respects of Lands / Buildings owned by the company. Land deeds / Rental agreements and initiation of action for renewals and statutory requirements in respects of assets and upkeep of assets owned / rented / leased by the company
  • Process & Finalize all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) of the Region and maintain the details
  • Processing all the new requirements, purchasing application, application of dispose/ transfer company assets etc., receiving from Branch, Division Office, and T C & Staff Residence and maintain their Register

Joining Formalities

  • Induction and Joining Formalities, Brief New Joiners about Company, Units & HR Policies
  • Issue PF and Med Claim Form and Collect Required Joining Documents
  • Opening the ESI and PF accounts for new employees
  • Creating user ID for newly joined employees, issuing company ID cards and employee code
  • Opening the Bank Account for the salary credit

Technical Skill

  • Operating System: Window XP Professional, Window 7, Window 10
