Commercial Banking : On Boarding – Client Transfer

• On-Boarding – Scoping the details received from TC and scope the eligible ECID as TSS and sending the completed.
• scoping document to the Transfer On-Boarding Specialist (TOS) to process client transfer from one LOB to another LOB.
• Business Banking to Commercial Banking and Private Banking to Commercial Banking and Card/Merchant Services to commercial Banking.
• Scoping includes Account and Online Profile, which includes account details, Client details, Entity Signers, ACH payments, collections and online payment transactions.
• For scoping need to run the BOT for output and check if all information is correctly updated into the scoping document, if incorrect need to make changes as per the application.
• Create IR for the products which are active already and send the mail to TOS with Scoping document.

Commercial Banking - Wholesale lending (Audit/Quality Control for Corporate and real estate)

• Auditing the files dealing with Syndicate, Bilateral and CRE Loans.
• Responsible for deal building of Syndicate, bilateral, fronting loans according to the Credit Agreement given by the deal team.
• Auditing the values of Syndicated and Bilateral by facility level and Loan level Capturing all the Term loan, Revolving loan, swingline and letter of credit.
• Have worked in Scheduled H1 and H2 loans Dealing with wholesale lending terminology like obligor, effective date, Index rate, spread, collateral value.
• Auditing for wholesale lending regulatory report sent to Federal Reserve Bank every Quarter.
• Quality check for various attributes for corporate loans.
• Dealing with Loan IQ, ACBS and deal works to pull the related data of Corporate customers.
• Dealing with Interest rates, floor rate and Ceiling rate.
• Analyzing the various documents like Credit Agreement, Cam sheet, Deal works, LIQ, ACBS, Security/guaranty and collateral agreement, financials, Credit approval Etc.
